libgsnmp0-dbg software package provides SNMP library implementation based on glib and gnet (debug files), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgsnmp0-dbg
libgsnmp0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgsnmp0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgsnmp0-dbg *
You will get with libgsnmp0-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
